Step 1. Place flour in a bowl. Make a whole in the middle and add the yeast and warm water. Mix the yeast with some of the surrounding flour. Let the yeast activate (form bubbles) for 10 minutes.
Step 2. Add eggs, sugar, oil, and salt.
Step 3. Mix all ingredients adding warm milk to form dough. Knead for 10 minutes until dough is soft and pliable. Add melted butter and knead for 5 more minutes.
Step 4. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes to an hour until doubled in size.
Step 5. Prepare the filling by mixing the sugars and cinnamon; set aside.
Step 6. Roll out dough on floured surface. Spread melted butter over it. Add the cinnamon sugar.
Step 7. Begin rolling the dough tightly to form a long roll.
Step 8. Slice 1/2" thick pieces and place in greased cookie sheet or cake pan.
Step 9. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes until lightly brown.
Step 10. Make glaze and spread over cinnamon rolls. Serve warm!
