Step 1. Measure out ingredients and place in a mixing bowl. (For a gluten-free option, we recommend using Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free flour.)
Step 2. Mix all ingredients to form a smooth batter, adding the milk gradually until the desired consistency is reached. (If using gluten-free flour, add an additional 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of milk to keep the batter light and easy to pour.)
Step 3. Heat up 1 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook for about two minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Adjust the heat if needed to prevent burning.
