Cornmeal (Gluten-Free) Pancakes

Instructions

Step 1. Measure out ingredients and place in bowl.  (For best results, we recommend Montana flour. For a gluten free option, we recommend Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free.)

Step 2. Mix all ingredients to form a batter adding the milk in gradually. (If using gluten free flour, add an additional 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of milk.)

Step 3. Heat up 1 teaspoon of oil in frying pan. Add 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook for two minutes on each side on medium low heat.
