Instructions

Step 1. Heat waffle maker; spray pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients.

Step 3. Place in waffle maker until cooked

Note: These freeze well and can be enjoyed for breakfast or as a healthy lunch.
