Homemade Salsa

I make this and store it in the refrigerator. It is good with just about any dish: eggs, pork, chicken, beef, etc., and, of course, chips!

Instructions

Step 1. Quarter tomatoes, half the green chiles, cut up onion, and peel garlic.

Step 2. Place tomatoes, chiles, onion, garlic, and seasonings in saucepan with water covering them half way.

Step 3. Boil on medium low heat, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes until all vegetables are very soft.

Step 4. Add to blender and blend for 1 minute.

Step 5. Place in dish and serve! Enjoy.
