Step 1: Combine the previously made mashed potatoes with flour until a dough forms a cohesive ball.
Step 2: Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness.
Step 3: Cut the dough into 3-inch strips, then cut again to create 3-inch squares. Place a plum in the center of each square and wrap the dough around it, forming a ball.
Step 1: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Gently add the dumplings and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. The dumplings are done when they float to the surface. Remove them with a slotted spoon and immediately roll in the cream of wheat mixture.
Step 2: Set the coated dumplings aside.
Step 1: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat and add the cream of wheat. Stir constantly to prevent burning, as cream of wheat burns easily. When it turns a medium brown, add water and continue stirring until the water evaporates. The cream of wheat will no longer burn. Once the water has evaporated, remove from heat and let it cool.
Step 2: Repeat the same process for the cornflakes.
Step 1: Sprinkle the dumplings with organic sugar and serve as a dessert or appetizer.
