MAKING THE DUMPLINGS
Step 1. Mix previously made mashed potatoes with flour until dough forms into a ball.
Step 2. Roll it out to about 1/4 in thickness.
Step 3. Cut dough in 3 inch strips and cut again to make a 3 inch square. Place plum in the middle dough square and form into a ball.
BOILING THE DUMPLINGS
Step 1. Boil water in a large pot. Add dumplings and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. When the dumplings are done they will float to the top. Remove with slotted spoon and place in the cream of wheat mixture.
Step 2. Roll dumpling in the cream of wheat mixture and set aside.
MAKING THE BREADING FOR THE DUMPLINGS
Step 1. Heat oil in frying plan and add cream of wheat. Cook on medium low heat stirring so it will not burn (cream wheat does burn easily). When the color changes to a medium brown add the water and keep stirring until the water evaporates. The cream of wheat will not longer burn. When the water has evaporated, turn off heat and let it cool.
Step 2. Use the same technique for the corn flakes.
SERVING THE PLUM DUMPLINGS
Step 1. Sprinkle organic sugar and serve as a dessert or appetizer
