Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine the pork sausage, shredded cheese, Kodiak pancake mix, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly by hand or use a mixer until fully combined.

    Divide the mixture and shape it into patties of your desired size. Ensure they are evenly shaped for even cooking.
  3. Prepare for Baking:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet and arrange the patties in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
  4. Bake the Patties:
    Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the patties are fully cooked and golden brown.
