Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl, add the flour and create a well in the center. Crack the eggs into the well and use a fork to gradually incorporate the flour with the eggs.

Step 2: Slowly add water while continuing to mix until all the flour is fully combined.

Step 3: Using your hands, knead the mixture until it forms a cohesive dough.

Step 4: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and continue kneading until it becomes firm and elastic, suitable for rolling.

Step 5: Roll out the dough as thinly as possible, adding extra flour as needed to prevent sticking.

Step 6: Fold the rolled dough and slice it into desired widths for pasta.

Step 7: Unfold the pasta slices, separate them, and boil in salted water until they float to the surface.

Step 8: Drain the pasta and transfer it to a bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking.

Step 9: Add ground walnuts and gently mix until evenly coated.

Step 10: Serve on a plate and sprinkle with sugar to taste. Enjoy!
