Sauteed Cabbage Medley

Instructions

Step 1. Slice, peel, and chop cabbage, onion, and carrots.

Step 2. Add ingredients to skillet and cook on medium for 20 minutes covered, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed until the cabbage and carrots are cooked.

Step 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4. Serve over rice with Yum sauce or sauce of choice.
