Step 1. Place all Oreo cookies in food processor and run until the crumbs are the consistency that you prefer. Add melted butter and run processor again for a few seconds until the butter is mixed in.
Step 2. Place Oreo crumb mixture into a 9 x 13 in pan greased with butter. Refrigerate while making the topping.
Step 3. Add cream cheese to mixing bowl along with softened butter and sugar. Mix on medium-high speed until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. Spread over Oreo crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 4. Place raspberries over the cream cheese mixture.
Step 5. Whip the whipping cream and sugar in mixer on high speed until the cream is thick and billowy and stiff peaks form.
Step 6. Spread whipping cream over the raspberries. Sprinkle the top with Oreo crumbs. Enjoy!
