Step 1. Break green beans into 2 inch lengths and place in bowl. Rinse with water and drain.
Step 2. Place the chunks of onion, carrots, green pepper, and celery in the Chop 'N Prep Chef and pull cord to chop. Do not overfill. Repeat the process until all veggies are chopped.
Step 3. Cut up the meat in cubes and set aside.
Step 4. Add all veggies to soup pot and saute for 2 minutes. Add the chopped meat and water to cover the meat. Boil for 5 minutes. Add the green beans and more water to cover the beans, veggies, and meat. Boil for an hour and twenty minutes.
Step 5. Add seasonings and sour cream and continue boiling for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy!
