Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add the flour. Create a well in the center and add the yeast. Pour in half a cup of warm water and mix with some of the surrounding flour. Let it sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
Step 2: Add salt to the mixture and begin kneading the dough, gradually adding warm water as needed. Knead for a few minutes until the dough forms a slightly sticky ball. Add the 2 tablespoons of oil and knead to incorporate it in the dough. Lightly sprinkle flour over the dough, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise for one hour.
Step 3: Transfer the dough to a floured surface and divide it in half. Shape each portion and place them into greased bread pans. Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
